AIM-9M is very scary because it is unseen, I pre flare whenever an F16 was nearby and hope for the best. TWS is buggy and I don't like it on all planes.

I still think SMT is the better choice for Ground RB, modern RWR and Kh-29T are more important than R27ER as I believe.

Watching that first engagement, sure you have plenty of missiles, but that just means you should be able to get 5+ kills without going back to reload. That engagement seemed foolishly handled. (You're still great though, just saying it was inefficient.)

I mean its Sim, not RB. So it really just comes down to a different mindset. If this was RB then sure, it was a waste. I feel like in Sim you just do whatever you can to take someone out, kind of like in real life. You wouldn't get discharged because you shot a few too many missiles to destroy an enemy aircraft, all that really matters is that you're alive and they arent.

@@SmithenJW04k yeah that's fine. I just play a bit differently and wouldn't have fired radar missiles till the enemy left the deck a bit. I also like to avoid locking them till I'm ready to fire a radar missile by using TWS. My play style is try to be stealthy until I can safely fire one or two missiles to cleanly strike down an enemy.

Hey Hunter, Happy New Year! I noticed you have consecutive splashes on the same unlucky pilot. Is there a problem with spawn-camping in sim? If yes, do you think there are remedies? There should be pretty modern AA systems for each base, I would think.
