Minuteman would have been absorbed into the BOS, but some kind of ruling body will exist by 2296 since the BOS wants to rebuild, restore order and repopulate Boston.

I have a few scenarios 1. (Most propably in my opinion) BoS left a garnison in Commonwealth like they had in Capital Wasteland. It would explain where is Liberty Prime and the others like Maxson and Ingram - they would just stay here or in Capital Wasteland while Prydwen would be sended to California. 2. Minutemen took over a Commonwealth and are controlling it enabling Prydwen to be sended to California because BoS would not have any more interest in here, but it would not explain (in my opinion) where are the others. Of course, Liberty Prime wouldn't be rebuilded in this scenario, but still, there would be characters like Ingram or Captain Kells which lived on it, and with no place to stay, they would propably go on Prydwen (or maybe they stayed at capital wasteland) 3. Minutemen are controlling Commonwealth in agreement with BoS (Minutemen would be a kind of local goverment that is BoS ally) 4. BoS is controlling the Commonwealth but because of Prydwen needed to be relocated they made an agreement with Minutemen enabling it to rule this land alongside brotherhood or even take full control of it (Minutemen would be a BoS protectorate, but in my opinion its least likely scenario) And of course lets not forget that Prydwen couldn't just fly from Commonwealth straight to California. Propably it came back to Capital Wasteland to resupply and change its crew (Maxson propably would stay in Capital Wasteland because of its position). Also maybe Liberty Prime was sended back there, but as i said, these scenarios are only my opinion.

@@ConantheTrollarian Uh no that goes against their whole belief system they would be in charge while the brotherhood would have a diplomat last the Brotherhood accepts the minutemen but not enough to assimilate them.

@@Slovian3097 No they could have went back to DC or simply stayed in the Commonwealth to rebuild alongside the Minute Men last we never got to see inside the ship only outside they could be inside.

That's not possible because the Prydwen is destroyed if you side with the Institute or the Railroad.

Quintus was talking about the western Brotherhood in this quote as before the NCR the Brotherhood had no competition in the wasteland. However on the east coast it is highly likely that it was Arthur Maxson that sent the Prydwen to the West coast and the orders the Brotherhood in the show receive are most likely from the clerics that are under Maxsons command.

Unfortunately they might be going with canon endings, either the minutemen or the BoS. Fallout 1 and 2 also have canon endings for example

Rail Road could still survive it does not invalidate your choice if anything the Rail Road and minutemen will work together and last all Fallout games have Canon endings.
