my problem with the alamo...is i cant eat everything I want 😆... sombreros, tater skins, french onion soup, the rolls, the wedge...all before we even get to the entrees. I need three stomachs to go there lol

Wife snd i sre going in January. Ive slways wanted to try that chocolate burrito. May have to give it a shot. Their salads are awesome but they have a Crab soup you can get instead and its incredible

I like the Alamo Steak house, but they are a bit pricey! We went to the one in Gatlinburg.

I went their several years ago - and - it was Terrible - just - Terrible - and - No - service - we waited so long after we were seated to just get a drink that we thought about leaving finally after asking about our server - and what happened - no one had a answer - they finally sent another server over and he wasn’t much better - our food after that took a hour and a half to come and when it did it was cold - terrible - O - we asked for salad dressing on the side - we never got it - earthed in check for 45 mins - And no the wasn’t busy at all - just Terrible - after that - I just can’t bring myself to try them again - I don’t want to waist good money on that place again

My family and I go to Pigeon Forge every year. The Alamo is normally on our list. Two of my grandchildren and I went last October on my birthday. Honestly the worst experience over several years! There was a one hour wait at 5PM. Not really surprised. Steaks were overcooked and chewy. Potatoes not that good. Salad ok. Did not get dessert or an appetizer. $150. I was so disappointed because I have had very good experiences there. The waiter had no clue about what was available! Just saying! And it was my birthday! 😪
