One thing you forgot to mention is that Kevin Tummer is the lead animator of the series. Not only that, but he also did animations for Blue Sky Studios (the one who made the Ice Age movie), and he did an amazing job at it!

I love this show, especially Jax and Kinger. I've been following Glitch/SMG4 since 2017 and love everything they do. This massive love and support this has gotten is incredible, and such a massive win for original animation. I can't wait for more episodes.

2023-2024 seems to be an extremely good year for animation, not only are we getting things like the “Hazbin Hotel” Prime series, the “ENA: Dream BBQ” game, and “The Amazing Digital Circus”, but we’re also getting more independence with what we want to watch instead of relying on companies like Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network to give us a half-baked shows that lead to nothing.

There are still some good shows that are getting shaded because of shows like Primos and Velma. You’re forgetting we still have other shows. I could name them. Not to mention Hollywood hasn’t been treating it’s animators right the past few years. To be honest, Hollywood is starting to give these animators a bad name.

Dude I’m so glad that this show is doing well. Glitch was actually the thing that got me into animation, I actually got Meta Runner Episode 1 in my recommended the day it released and I’ve been hooked on Glitch and SMG4 since. So, as such a huge fan of their work, I’m so glad that I’ve been able to see this wild ride of Glitch slowly getting bigger and bigger in popularity 😊

Something I've noticed that no one else seems to talk about is that you can see quite a lot of stuff related to Stanley Parable, a popular indie game. The whole Exit part in the pilot and the ominous computer standing in the office, plus the Void being an unfinished portion of the world really gives it away.

(For those who don't know, he was the founder of Glitch Productions) The guy went from making silly gmod videos of Mario to creating an animation team producing original animeted shows on KZfaq. And with the huge turnout that Digital Circus got, it gives a bright future to not just the production studio itself but to original animation series as a whole. Best of luck to Luke and Kevin. ✌

The Amazing Digital Circus is incredibly dark and funny. I'm sure we're gonna get more episodes since the show blew up all over the internet with memes and quotes from the show. SMG4 has come a long way from making funny SM64 bloopers to creating amazing shows. Murder Drones, Meta Runner, and now this. He and everyone from the Glitch Team are amazingly talented people.

This reminds me of classic Cartoon Network and Nicklodeon shows. Things that made them popular in the first place - Nonsensical plots, colorful characters, deep psychological stuff sprinkled it there. Now we got Indie animators keeping that legacy alive.

I think its also worth noting that this show isn't just made by Glitch. A large part of the shows identity can be attributed to its co-creator "Gooseworx". They really don't get enough credit in videos like this. Gooseworx has been around for a while, I first encountered her channel in 2015 where I found some remixes of Undertale music that they made. Gooseworx for a while has primarily made music, including the score for the Hazbin Hotel pilot. But they've also dappled in animaton of their own, mostly of the dark and surreal variety. Their most famous example probably being "Little Runmo". A 15 minute short about a little platforming character trying to finish a stage, falling down a hole, and experiencing a twisted surreal underworld. Goose's stuff is like a fever dream and as the director and showrunner of The Amazing Digital circus, you can see Goose's fingerprint EVERYWHERE, from the surreal concepts, characters, creatures, and the humour to the twisted narrative behind the cute facade and the obsesson with old media. Even Kinger's crazy question about experiencing a Gameshow inside the Gloink queens guts is a reference to what by this point is a trope in their work of characters being eaten alive and having to go through a game show inside the stomach to survive. Perfectly on brand for Gooseworx. Oh yeah and Goose also voices Bubble in the pilot. She made the pilot with all the love she was legally allowed to give.

As a follower of GLITCH since the series premiere of Meta Runner, it’s honestly incredible to see this indie animation studio hit it big time, TWICE if you count Murder Drones. Speaking of which it just surpassed MD in views of what they got in a year by what they got in NINE DAYS. That is incredible and I’m honestly excited to see where this show goes.

Been following Glitch since Meta runner. Murder drones has been fun and I hope it gets more than the 8 promised. Digital circus is their most recent venture by Gooseworks, who made another animation a few years ago, and it is promising.

Also worth mentioning, the show had official "audio language" support day one which is a brand new thing for youtube, or something not many channels features, so people around the world can see the pilot on 8 different languages. That also means, even wider audience, as you're no longer focusing only on english audience, like previous videos did.

I saw the pilot when it came out and I loved how much personality it had. And the fact that the lead animator was a person who used to work at Blue Sky Studios (Kevin Temmer) makes it even better.

My brother started watching this show 2 weeks ago (which was the exact day the show came out) and I have to say: the animation is genuinely awesome. I've seen a few clips of the show, so I may get the chance to watch the full first episode of TADC. And the fact that this show was created by the same people who made Murder Drones and SMG4 really makes me glad.

No swearing and 10 different dubs really helped publishing the Pilot, too. KZfaq has no issues recommending this video to others from all ages. Unlike, for example, Helluva Boss, which contains an ungodly amount of swearing and no dubs, this can only be recommended to older, mature people from english speaking countries. Also, SMG4's advertising on their large Channel helped a lot. They are the executive producers, after all. Often, the Pilot has way more views than the actual series's episodes.

One thing I noticed on my third time watching the pilot is that previous to Pomni's arrival, at least 5 characters have abstracted, as seen from the doors in the hallway with x marks over their pictures. One of the doors also show that there used to be a character that looked like Kinger.

As someone who’s been a fan of Glitch’s content for a while now, I’m truly pleased to see them get so much recognition from this and Murder Drones! And while I’m here, I’d like to take this opportunity to plug their lesser talked-about shows. There’s SMG4, Glitch’s first channel which is a sketch comedy and pretty much funds the company, Meta Runner, a sci-fi action show that is technically the first show and stars an alternate version of an SMG4 character, and Sunset Paradise, an adventure comedy show which is a one-off spin-off of SMG4. Please go watch them, they’re good I promise.

I watched it at least 14 times and I still find details and laugh at the jokes and the performances of the characters. I really hope they will continue it to see where the story leads.

Music and sound effects takes an important part of Digital Circus, It's very well choosen to the clips, maybe some of the music were gone in some clips, but when it appeared, it was very well made

I've been watching SMG4 since 2015, and I honestly thought it was gonna stay as a shitpost channel. Until they they've made Meta Runner as their first indie project before GLITCH got its own channel. And I've gotta say, I'm proud of their achievements, and seeing the achievements followed by the foundation and groundwork that Meta Runner made for both GLITCH and the indie industry. And the magic of music that AJ Dispirito made for Meta Runner, my personal favorite being STEADY. Which just captures Meta Runner of what is so beautifully.

The Amazing Digital Circus honestly feels like HFJONE, another animated series that’s just a little bit more dark. Both shows have its characters stuck in a whimsical world that the characters are hate and are desperate to get out of, and there’s a strange being in control of it. Of course, there’s some major differences, like how HFJONE ends on a bad note, and HFJONE is a lot smaller than The Amazing Digital Circus. However, at its core, these two are eerily similar in concept. So yeah, there’s your answer for another cartoon that matches The Amazing Digital Circus.

I became a glitch fan only about a month or two ago with being introduced to murder drones and absolutely loved it, but this is a HUGE step above. The Amazing Digital Circus is exactly what everybody needed from the masterminds of Gooseworks and Glitch Productions

I know alot of people are saying this but its true. Im so proud of how far SMG4, kevin and the team has come. From just SMG4 making a short video in mario 64 to... THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS! i loved all of their work so far. Every single video. And to all the newcomers... welcome! I recommend checking out some of their other show like murder drones if you liked this.

We can't forget that glitch studios is owned by the youtuber SMG4, a creator with 7 million subscribers. Maybe the channel brought popularity to their indie cartoon
