Low-key Cindy Moon is an underrated character. Sans Miles, Otto and Peter, Silk is my favorite spider person and was kinda robbed by Spider-Gwen.

God this is such an amazing story, I love how Dan Slott treated Norman Osborne and J Jonah Jameson. Having the Red-Goblin be immune to regular symbiote weaknesses was somewhat interesting.

Story would have been better in my opinion if they called him the Hemogoblin (like hemoglobin) cause he is red, blood symbiote and a goblin....they missed the boat there.

I always loved Agent (Anti) Venom. The symbiote looks *Amazing!!* Glad Marvel eventually brought him back. I always loved Silk too. Wish we could see more of her as well 🎯

A guy with sonic abilities, the Human Torch (an experienced hero who can become like a Sun), a Spider-Man (who's fought Symbiotes before and has more abilities), Silk (another Spider-Person), and Anti-Venom (a guy _literally_ designed to combat Symbiotes) all lost to a goblin with the Carnage Symbiote. I get that it's the Carnage Symbiote, but this is the biggest case of "main character only gets to win" I've ever seen. 1 Spider-Man with a Venom symbiote (that doesn't nearly has as many strengths as its spawn). Like how a side character almost beats the main villain in Yu-Gi-Oh, but then they get knocked out right before they win. Or how Vegeta isn't allowed to beat any main arc villains.

Red Goblin again is a super buffed version of Carnage though. He doesn't have any of his past weaknesses and is much stronger than he was before. The Goblin Serum also enhanced his strength. Human Torch at full power can beat him but he was blindsided. He may be a Big Hitter but he's not a Tank like Hulk. Also, the rest who gets defeated is understandable too. Let's not overly sleep on Red Goblin. Not even Symbiote Spiderman could even beat him, Spiderman had to fool Green Goblin to take off the Symbiote or else he would've lost

@@PKLO9727 I'm agreed with you. Peter is not in a perfect symbiosis with Venom (that's normal). If peter and the symbiote had a stronger bond, I think Symbiote Spider-man can solo the red goblin. Do not underestimate the power of Venom with a stonger link with his host !

He's immune to both fire and sonics. Carnage by himself is way too much trouble, now give him an already augmentet host, strip him of his weaknesses and you got someone who potentially can become a major threat to the entire superhero community. Also, Flash depleted a lot of his symbiote because he was using it to rescue people, hence why he got his ass kicked, in their previous fight, goblin was clearly affraid of him because he was actually hurting him. Also, it's kind of necessary to have Peter face-off against Norman in the end, it would be a massive cop-out and unsatisfying to have someone else beat Norman. So, no offense dude, but you're wrong.

Actually, it’s not TECHNICALLY the end of his run, there was a Coda in the next issue. I wouldn’t mind seeing him back, but ONLY for one-shots or minis! Gerry Conway has done good work on Peter again.

After seeing this I'm kind of curious if they would do anything with the character spider carnage. Like the one from the TV show in the 90s. completely insane and intimidating enough to have green goblin and hobgoblin work for him.(Hell i wonder if they can bring in the time dilation accelerator). With all the different universes, it would be cool to see an insane evil spiderman as a villan since they didn't do much in the comics in the 90s.

Do you have a video on Spiderman Identity Crisis? (Sorry I may have already asked this awhile back but I forget). Its where Jamison puts out a bounty for spiderman so he makes four new hero aliases and fights crime in those for a short while. I think there was a spin off where after he was done some kids or teens or someone picked up the mantles of the four new aliases and fought crime as well but it was SOOOO long ago when I saw any of that.

I'm hyped and need to finish this run. I just got to the part where Norman finds the symbiote to get the green goblin persona back. I wanna blame heroes for not killing villains, but honestly in real life these people woulda been given the death penalty a long time ago. People would only suffer Norman Osborn for so long before an exception as made. Like, what are the court systems doing? Hell even an angry cop who's definitely been affected woulda taken down the worst of the villains eventually.

Unpopular opinion: I LOVED Dan Slott's run on Spider-Man! The characters, some more growth on Peter and the development of Jonah and Peter's new relationship is amazing! I honestly liked it way more than Nick Spencer's run.
