Where are you getting your silk and opium? I don't see you conquer any of the Provinces that make em

I didn't use them for most of the game. Opium is a late game good, you can get by without it until 1900s. Silk is only useful for luxury clothes so I just imported them from France until I became pariah after that I didn't have a lot of luxury clothes but that wasn't that big of a deal :)

im begging you to switch to proportional taxation by the 1890s, it will improve both SoL and your budget its just a more efficient way of managing your economy
