What is your opinion about the 3-4-1-2 formation?

Very helpful. I've always played 4-4-2, but this year I have very different players. At first, I thought 3-4-3 with a more advanced striker would be the way to go. But 3-4-1-2 makes so much sense by design. Atalanta and Nottingham Forest both use this formation. I've been looking all over for videos on the formation and I really think this is the way to go. Your video was very informative. Thanks.
