This is the only thing I listened to yesterday…I ended my night with sitting down listening and jotting down notes around the importance to surrender and come to agreement with God’s will. I’m the person with the sticky notes, and also currently fasting with the wrong agenda. This sermon was so timely, and I’m thankful that I was obedient, and decide to tune in oppose to attending a local in person service. I’m still digesting it, but I thank God in advance for the fruit and harvest that will be reaped from my obedience, and new found awareness of how surrendering to him and coming into agreement makes the difference. I was in my kitchen and I started crying to the Lord to deliver me from evil (snares, traps, distraction) then I thought how where I am it's just like the story of Samson and Delilah and devil's agenda to distract me from my assignment. I then went back to living room to watch a movie but my spirit was so disturbed I decided to check for a sermon on KZfaq and here I am hearing you speak as if you were with me in the kitchen and God is affirming His message, warning and giving deliverance. ( The Spirit of God will leave when we start living for other things other than our assignment. ) God is a jealous God. Please God help me to stay focused. Lord I agree.. years ago the Lord showed me that He was taking me on journey and He told me other things too but I got so excited. I called my mother and told her about what He said but as the day progressed I thought to myself Gods journey are never easy or fun .. well not all the time.. fast forward 2years my mom has passed a month now and it’s the most difficult time in my life. The issue I once had as a child before turning 18, now has finally been defined and revealed in TOTAL deliverance to me in my adult years and in a more matured Christ-centered life, purpose driven in RELATIONSHIP with eternal life. It was religion and religious people that taught me ‘not your will, but his. Not to trust in me, but trust in Him’ as if we are not images of God, reflection of the same God. God taught me that my relationship with Him is about alignment and balance. It’s about my trust and my will ALIGNING with his, not depleting myself empty so that God gets glory. No! That’s not the God I serve and He isn’t pleased with that kind of degradation, subservient, religious spirit of literal liable, slave, BONDAGE. Obedience is over sacrifice and when we KNOW the Lord and the mysteries of the Kingdom, Christ calls us friend and God calls us sons becoming. The only servant I see is the one that was branded by the religious Christianity to create more religion in the name of the Christ because he was killing Christ’s followers and God stopped him and made him the Lord Christ’s SERVANT, He gave Paul his walking papers and his assignments. I don’t kill Christians so I ain’t Paul lol a servant is not a friend. & God didn’t have to do that to me to get obedience. I follow the RISEN Christ!!! Of whom there is no shadow of turning with thee. Liberty is sweet….to align my trust with His in right standing of truth
