The fourth video in The Michael J. Fox Foundation's whiteboard series delves into the basics of genetics, what we know about genetics in Parkinson's and how genetic research is helping scientists develop new ways to diagnose and treat the disease.
To learn more about the Foundation and how you can help speed a cure, visit www.michaeljfox.org. You can find more information about genetic research and testing in our Trial Participant Pack at www.michaeljfox.org/participa.... Ready to move research forward? I'm in my 40s and I've noticed that I've slight tremors in both hands. This doesn't occur all the time, but I am concerned. Plus I sometimes feel pain in my hips and my lower spine. I have been diagnosed with arthritis in my feet. I think a test like this would really be beneficial for me. Watching from London UK. #ParkinsonsUK

Yes, the Back to the Future trilogy totally takes place in the past now, but Parkinson’s disease still does not (and what I am saying after the comma in this sentence is what makes me sad). I do what I can to help put The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research out of business via Amazon Smile.

So I just read about the persons whom sued this foundation for accepting a 250000 donation from someone who was afflicted with Parkinson's. In my view, these fund were legitimately donated to further research into Palliative care as well as a possible cure by this foundation. I have never seen evidence of anyone affiliated with this Foundation to be funneling funds for themselves, taking extravagant trips to who know where. so what right does these people have a suit filed and have a will contested like this? At very least, these fund should have been split and even this goes against what is just. More and more is see less of us doing what we know is just. More and More is about what can be leveraged in the legal community by supposed law ("abiding") professionals. Our society is sadly falling apart by the day.... Perhaps this was not the proper place to comment on this issue. I tried to find a better place to post what I believe here. But sadly this was it and here it is. I have seen numerous contestant's of wills and I'm sad to say even in my our family of aunt and uncles. Perhaps someone else can comment... I would like to view some other opinions. Yes I have a member of our family that suffers as well. We would appreciate any help to further research on this. Peace.

Fight Parkinson's / Fight Skeptics "Dr Costantini published his first study on Parkinson's in 2013. He later published two more with other co-authors such as Dr Roberto Fancellu working at the S Martino Hospital in Genoa (recently he was denied funding for a double-blind study). He has also published on other serious diseases. His studies have a total of 150 citations, and by great authors. No neurologist who is involved in the compilation of guidelines for the treatment of this disease, no renowned neurologist, all with a great culture on the subject, have bothered to deny, with data in hand. It is simply ignored. Even in Italy, no one takes care of it except for a few. I, for what I could touch with my hand, no one replies against him because he already knows that he would fight for a cause lost at the beginning. In Italy, Dr Costantini treats about 3500 patients. Everyone, without distinction, asks him this question, in the face of the wonderful prospects that the treatment opens up: how come all the other neurologists, in the face of these results that you expose say nothing? He invariably replies that he does not know. The disturbance of the movement has a great value for the researcher; it is evident to all and can be recorded with a video camera. Anyone can enter the site "ultimaedizione.eu" posted in 2015 (and which also has an English version), and the site "highdosethiamine.org" and see the results of the care in the short and long term. If someone wants to search the internet for similar results they will not find them, they have never been published. In the literature it has never been written that a cure could bring Parkinson's disease to zero symptoms. Official science still says that non-motor symptoms are incurable, while Dr Costantini says that they are the most sensitive to treatment. Let's hope for the future. Meanwhile, in Italy alone, about 20,000 Parkinsonians have died since 2013, after a long period of disability and suffering. Almost everyone would have escaped death and could have lived in a physical and psychological condition previously unthinkable." Translated from the Italian with DeepL.com/Translator "ultimaedizione.eu" www.ultimaedizione.eu/2015/04/08/astonishing-parkinson-halted-by-vitamin-b1/40177/ www.ultimaedizione.eu/videos-parkinsons-patients-treatment/ In the videos, you can see that his patients are at varying degrees of disease progression and some are in the "severe range" and still show dramatic improvement by just adding thiamine/thiamin/vitamin B-1 to their standard PD prescriptions meds Roy Propsner’s Pull Test 08/14/2018 First result is typical when one has Parkinson's. Second pull after foot is positioned for better recovery and balance. I was first diagnosed with Parkinson's in the year 2012. I credit my good condition to Doc. Costantini's high dose thiamine hcl advice. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pNphqsabts7OYmg.html

Dr. Colangeli has resarch publish on this in 2016. But isn't thiamine what the original doctor administered to his patients, to counteract levadopa side effects? This was in the US during the 1960's when he began experiementing. Gracie for your comment, let me know what you think.

Dr.Costantini works with at least two other doctors in his practice that I know of, Dr. Trevi and Dr. Colangeli, and like him, they seem very dedicated to the patients and the cause of spreading the word about thiamine.
