"Fake it till you make it" is not only applicable to TV news and if anything it means to be brave and take action, to boldly overcome self-doubt and fear. Soon enough, you will accomplish things you never thought possible.

Nonsense. "Fake it to you make it" was first coined by fraudulent snake oiled salesman Glenn W. Turner, who was ultimately convicted of running a Ponzi scheme. When the people who fell for his sales pitch complained that they couldn't replicate his multilevel marketing pyramid profits, he would tell them to dress up in fancy clothes and drive around in expensive cars flashing $100 bills and "fake it to you make it." Any one uttering such words is a fraudulent human being and should be kept away from all business. It's high time we remove mediocrity everywhere in this society and replace it with actual competence.

Exactly I say that to myself everyday. As an introvert in a very extrovert position in Finance, I have to act like I have no anxiety for holding meetings and negotiations. I do believe with practice and building confidence I will become this persona I'm pretending to be. Nobody really knows the inner turmoil that goes through me when I've got to do stuff like that, they think i'm calm and collected. That's faking it until you make it.

I liked how Martha herself called the loft, just like in the premiere, whilst in her barn feeding her horses, asking how everyone was before letting them know when and where to meet her even if she did add "don't be late" although that should be self-evident - gives a nice, personal touch.

Martha was a fashion model at one time in her life, then she stopped and moved on to something else. She "quit". It is OK to quit sometimes. For whatever reason, sometimes a situation is not working and a change is best.

Martha called it right that Shawn was mostly interested in obtaining publicity in building up a career as a TV personality rather than pursuing an apprentice position at MSL. Wonder if the publicity helped Shawn get her QVC hostess position or if she got it despite that?

Many people called Donald a friend. Oprah was included in this. They are shown to be the real fake people. Oprah asking trump when will you run for president, massive round of applause. Fake news equals fake people

Crazzi-j , what do you supposed happen where she don’t like him now. I watched an interview with Martha in it. A little while after the show ended, she made it clear she wasn’t friend with him. She didn’t care for him at all

That seemed like just a business thing (IE smile & be friends while the camera's on). Don't burn bridges you know you'll have to cross later, just find alternative routes. Side note in the boardroom Martha voice sounded like it was a (done later) off cam vo, notice Martha wasn't in the same room at the same time as Trump

When he said Dawn and Marcela I was pissed Dawn didn't do anything to get voted up or Marcela she stayed up all night 🌃 while they slept she did an amazing job ❤️

Agree - David made the wrong call here, especially since he stayed up with Marcela as she was doing her all nighter baking that cake. Primarius had a slight advantage since Alexis was watching their progress and she let them pick her brain to find out what it's like having Martha as a Mom - this greatly offset the perceived Matchbox advantage of having 2 chefs in the group: Bethany & Marcela even though the latter admitted she never before baked a wedding cake. You'd think that this one therefore should have been a slam dunk for Matchbox as a result - but I think the expert Sylvia led them astray in encouraging them to go with an oval shaped asymetrical cake - every wedding I attended had a balanced cake of either round or square shapes. Matchbook's cake looked like it was on the verge of falling over so it's no wonder they sold zip.

27:58- It's a clear loss. That doesn't happen too often on The Apprentice. I mean granted teams lose all the time on the show, but you never expect them to get utterly decimated like that!

Shawn being fired was kinda random. She did seem a bit fame hungry but she did well on the other tasks and I felt David wasn’t that great of a leader. Shawn was a personality too.

Shawn should’ve been PM, if she has a strategy for marketing promotions and creativity for the product. And David being PM in this wedding-cake task with minimal business/marketing experience was also random as well.

Am I the only one who feels bad for Don? She is the best contestant out there, and yet, those "wolves" put her down on every episode. It's quite sad how there's no place for kind, genuine workers within the group.

I can't comment on when Arnold Schwartznegger took over the DT version as I stopped watching the DT one after season 4 and got disgusted; if Martha's lasted longer I would have still watched hers. As far as the Arnold's his accent might have been difficult to understand but he had a well-rounded career: actor, former body builder, former governor and former Kennedy family in-law.

1. Silly Martha with her "Don`t be late" comment again. You`re the big boss talking to interviewees. You need to tell them not to be late? 2. Bethenny, so because you stayed up all night making the cake, everyone has to like it? 3. I felt David should also be asked to leave, with ----, for his poor performance as leader and for picking the wrong people into the conference room. 4. Martha wasn´t honest in her letter to ----. She wrote that ---- can develop ---- career in ----, when just before, she (Martha) said otherwise to Charles and Alexis.

Brutal ! The elites stick together come h377 or high water ! As soon as Martha heard a famous, elite baker suggested a pink, a-symmetrical cake, the blame shifted away from the crappy, unwanted cake to the failure of the sales team being unable to sell it.

It’s extreme embarrassing that this once great country is such a laughing stock around the world today. From a president who doesn’t know where he is and has to read pre written statements because he’s not allowed to talk because he goes off like a dementia suffering patient to the constant wars over oil to try and stop the dollar from collapsing, those clowns in “national security” have ruined america and are about to bring about the biggest catastrophe in history because they want a war with Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, and every other country who isn’t buying their crap any longer…..

So the great idea was to go with Martha’s competitor……even tho Martha has a massive selection of wedding cakes online to gain inspiration from, they go with an odd shape, then decide to pick a colour scheme that is suited to little girls…. Then the absolute failure to make a single sale….useless doesn’t cover the incompetence that these ppl demonstrated throughout. It’s a show about Martha really, everything you do should be about using her brand as much as possible, it isn’t rocket science. Would anyone hire any of these people after watching them unfold and blow it in such a way……😂😂😂
