This season especially I miss Nick. He felt like he was taking it more seriously and if he saw legitimate potential he would say it cause at the end of the day this is about business and not just funny TV for people at home. The new era feels like the candidates are idiots that are there purely because they bring comedic value and not because they know how to do good business

Nick is an old school English gentleman who has a high regard for integrity and manners. He is far more of a class act than Sugar. Claude too is a gent. He was a tough customer too though but mellowed a bit over the years.

I know Lord Sugar’s advisors love tearing each candidate a new one (cough cough Claude). But its very nice to see them stand up and support candidates if needed. Seriously, fair play Nick!👍

I know, Nick wasn't out to be an asshole to anyone, unlike Claude, who is just a prick and thinks he has to play up to this villainous role, it's not funny or amusing, even Karen has snooty moments and is in no way endearing. Nick and Margaret were the best. I don't really watch it these days. Also the candidates now are really unlikeable and obnoxious. You have to like them to be able to watch, otherwise it's like, right what else is on, where's the damn remote?
@Kizdo695 жыл бұрын
@@njc84 Come on the candidates have always been subjectively unlikable and obnoxious. That's what has always made the show entertaining. Claude is playing up to a role i agree to an extent but its more exaggeration than entirely creating a persona, just like lord sugar has always done.
