My only issue with this programme is that it does rather bend with the wind depending on what happened on the task, countless times someone's been fired for sidelining particular people and on this task Tims fired for giving everyone a fair chance :/ I really wanted Tim to stay, no choice as to who to fire but I thought he was quite good. Its not easy to go into a team of women you have to lead and get their wholehearted support in two days
