I am going to talk about an upcoming new condominium in District 12. This condo is known as The Arcady At Boon Keng.
This is within the Rest of the Central Region. It is just outside the CBD. This condo is on prized freehold status. Is it worth buying? Watch on as I will be doing a SWOT analysis.

Jui residence got the name from water (in Hokkien) due to the condo building on top of the National Aerated Water building.

Bad advice. Surrounding jui residential only selling for 1800 sqf & 8 riversuite abt the same price. Always look at similar projects nearby

172 units. Small development do not make money. High maintenance fee. Go for projects with minimum 400 units.
