Pres where I live there is an old asylum & eugenics building. It is a 19th century building. I feel like this could fit perfectly in an old town area. This build is really good so far, better than any of the others I’ve seen on KZfaq.

One of my favorite CS series, definitely in my top 5! Love how you mix cinematic of other parts of town with your time lapse. It's a nice touch so previous areas you've built won't get forgotten. Keep up the excellent work my friend!

Cant agree enough on not adding parking to assets. There are a lot of great assets on the workshop that are hard to use because the parking can't really be covered up

I am not so much into heavy detailing as you are but I do love watching you work and the results you achieve! The final effect is amazing to me; you have really accomplished your goals here. Love the City Pres! When you were working on the stadium entrance at 5:40, I thought it looked more like a cargo entrance rather than pedestrian. Normally guests wouldn't go through the big garage doors and there would be delivery trucks instead. I know you have the beer truck in front of the bar so you could create a lot of action as if it's a day before a big game.

Great episode... I too just placed the FedEx Forum stadium in my city next to the Kodak headquarters and factory on the Rochester waterfront and it looks great. I can't wait for your new darf buildings, him and Khrysler are really some of my favorite asset creators. Also the link for the roads is just fedex forum link placed twice ;) I found the roads nevertheless, but noticed their rather large file size, 31mb for a road?! Also is it possible to sill have breaks in the median.... I will have to test this Also that stadium is in a pretty nice area... mine is in the worst part of town essentially as staduims often are... nice to see yours looking so well maintained

Oops, Steam is really bad at copying links. Will fix it! And as for the medians, you can combine the 3 lane in each direction one with the normal one from NExt2. It's got the same size median.

You should build a highway loop around the city and it would help with the traffic jams in the future and it looks really good go on Google images and search up Houston

I think it is north america plus but edited by Pres. He promised about year ago that he will upload it uin the future someday :D Because textures are different than the textures available in the pack which is already on the workshop.

Since this city is based on New England, you could make a little residential neighborhood that is full of history. Like an area with colonial houses or museums. I guess you could call it little England. I don't know man, it's up to you. Keep up the good work!

Something I've noticed as you've gone on with this project is that you seem to be missing neighborhood parks. A lot of very small parks or plazas usually dot towns like this. Many on the small size as they were planned pre 1800.

Hello master, could you please show the exact settings of the graphics for this topic? For a few days I've been trying to set up similar light conditions as you have on the video but it's either not deep, or high contrast to burned. I would really be grateful for the screenshot or brief description of the settings. I have all the mods you have.

I don't exactly know how big New Windsor already is, but you might want to consider the 25 tiles mod before going 81 tiles. At least from my experience and from what I've heard using 25 tiles isn't as problematic as using 81

I'm using 25 tiles, yeah. It functions perfectly. I'm just going to be using up like 80% of my shoreline with my airport soooo :P

Oh, ok. Well, thats that then... maybe something like a channel through the airport or some other area and create an artificial lake? I don't know how well that fits with New Windsor, just as an idea...

Oh, it's a personal failing on my part, to be sure. I get so obsessed with the meta of any game that I lose interest in actually playing. Scouring the Workshop for that perfect asset, or that one mod that makes everything else fall into place. And then map reviews, methods of technique and design, and I'm watching more videos than spending time in game. Finally when I get to these city build playlists I'm so far down the rabbit hole that it doesn't seem worthwhile to even fire the game up when there's so much beautiful content out there already. When I say "ruined" it meant playing, though I'm perfectly content to watch. Maybe after a few months or a year I'll get back into playing (I've only had the game since April).
