The other thing people don't consider, is many art collectors don't like going to galleries they aren't friends with. They know they are also being charged commission, so they would prefer to know artists independent of the galleries. I would invite collectors to my art studio, not exhibition openings. Sold more work that way and built better relationships.

wow dries this video is a course in itself... I had been selling $5K and even $10K per month on my socials during covid but I've noticed my organic reach has decreased with new algorithms; this vid makes me think I require to get more proactive!

Yes the algorithms change constantly... On top of that it's not always the algorithm that is responsible for the lower reach and it's hard to know exactly how or what... But these approaches don't really require the algorithm that's one of their strengths.

Yes I do but it's hard to explain in a comment. The easiest way is to just ask the artist... 99.7% of them will be honest about it for sure

You can already access it... Just screenshot the list... I thought that was easiest... I don't have it in another format or anything. Would you like it in pdf instead?

Well you can already access it by just screenshotting it on the video. I could have also added some kind of PDF version that you could access but that would then be with giving your email address and I think that people don't really like that so that's why I just made it available on the video itself thorough screenshots... Not sure... Should I put it in pdf format instead?

Do you have any suggestions at all on how to do this without Instagram? I am a visually impaired artist, and navigating things like Facebook and Instagram is difficult for my screen reader. I could enlist the help of others, but I’m trying to do this myself :-)

Totally understand, I tend to like to do things myself as well. There are several other ways, one that has some similarities with the one explained in this video utilizing google. I'll probably cover it in an upcoming video but I can't promise when.

It might be easier to digest in black and white 😂❤ Keep us informed as your vids have a lot of content but some of us need step by step (old school style) Allin all we hope to digest and apply some of these methods. Yeah I've been thinking about that for sure... Perhaps a small e book format or something... Diving deeper into some concepts as well... Perhaps one day when there are enough views to justify that amount of effort
