I keep seeing people asking for greats like Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen, Jet Li, etc. These guys are in the spotlight and well known and talked about even today. I think Scott is giving people who deserves to be mentioned alongside the greats and no longer in the spotlight who did amazing work and paved the way for others. He is giving them their roses. Much respect to Scott Adkins. This just my opinion of course.

I agree that Dolph stole the whole movie Universal Solider! I remember watching that movie as a kid and Dolph's performance in Universal Solider was so bad ass.

Scott inside is still the kid that remembers his time in front of the TV and looks up to these legends we all grown up with.

Dolph is such an interesting person. A great renaissance man. He's one of those ppl that are good at everything they do.

Several years ago I was talking with a friend of mine, and she asked me "do you know who Dolph Lundgren is?" and I was like "of COURSE I know who Dolph Lundgren is, who doesn't?" and she said "well I didn't know who he is until the other day." She told me about how she met him, she was hanging out with a bunch of people on a boat off the coast of, I think, Marina del Rey in CA (or somewhere near there, I don't remember), and she was introduced to him and some other guy on the boat realized she didn't know who he was. The other guy says "you don't know who this is? He's famous!" and she said Dolph was like "well no, I'm not FAMOUS." And I was listening to this story and I practically shouted "what the fuck, yes he IS famous!" Anyways my friend talked with him for a while and she said he was just so humble and modest, and really very nice to everyone, not acting like some famous arrogant douchebag or anything. She was asking me "is he really a famous movie star? He wasn't acting like one at all, he seemed too nice or something." It warmed my heart because as a kid I loved movies like Rocky 4, Punisher, Showdown in Little Tokyo, etc. so much so I was really happy to hear that he was such a nice guy.

Dolph is so freaking awesome, love so many of his movies and he looks flawless for his age 👊

I can't believe I haven't found Scott Adkins KZfaq channel before now. I've been on a Scott movie binge lately and he's great to watch. Just saw Avengement. That was one brutal movie and enjoyed it a lot. These interviews are great and even greater, Scott lets the interviewee talk. What a wonderful series and Scott seems so humbled to listen to his guests talk. Good on Scott and he deserves the success he has. All the best.

How great to hear an intelligent conversation. Most of the time Dolph does not come across as the guy we see here. I think he has made some good movies. His Punisher was grim and gritty. Another great video in this series.

Guys, i remember i think it was film critic Jeffery Lyon said that he loved Showdown in Little Tokyo, and i loved it because of the friendship thing. I clearly remember seeing the first Universal Soldier in the cinema for my birthday party. Dolph's character was so impressive and intimidating. Even my 'no nonsense' dad was very entertained by that movie.

I'm almost 42 years old, and to this day, my parents still think that masters of the universe is the film that made me a Dolph Lundgren fan, nope, I love that film, but it was The Punisher that made me a Dolph fan.

I have to admit to have 2 of my favorite action stars talking about the movie magic is so awesome. Ivan Drago is my favorite Rocky villain in the whole series. Dolph and Scott are just so humble as they command respect with their charisma and showmanship.

Both these guys are so modest, it's refreshing to see from such talented guys.

One of my favorite moments in his films is in Showdown in Little Tokyo where he elbowed an incoming kick perfectly. It's equivalent in how cool it was to Jet Li Punching a foot in Fist of Legend. I kept trying to replicate that technique as a young man in Karate class. What a legend. He's also the first Comic Book hero I ever saw on the screen before seeing Batman.

I wish they would’ve talked about expendables 2! That was definitely in the words of Sylvester Stallone a minor miracle. That movie was fucking awesome they made it for the real action fans. The only thing that pissed me off was that Scott Adkins wasn’t in the main poster and I have to Walk by it every day in my man cave.

I AUDITIONED for the film Castle falls. It was such a DREAM and an honor just to get the opportunity to audition. I know the film is shooting in Alabama I’m from Detroit. I Would love to come out there. If I get the opportunity 1 day. Dolph Lundgren is directing the movie. He is such a great action star and a genius. He’s a chemical engineer that went to MIT! That’s why they mentioned it and expendables two when he was building the pipe bomb when they were trapped in the cave, he knew what the hell he was talking about.
