They get paid by how much work you produce, so if you produce not up to par stuff. Like any new hire would you can get paid something like 50 bucks in a week, after overworking nonstop.

Mitsuo Iso actually draws every frame himself, even the in-betweens; he once stated that he believes even the in-betweens should be key frames, and that's exactly what he does. That's why his style is so fluid and hyper-realistic. You didn't mention this when you talked about him, so I thought I'd throw it out there.

As much as of a mixed bag as Naruto is, anyone who watches the show knows when you you see the detail of the art start to drop but the animation itself jumps up, you know you're in for one hell of an episode. Probably the best examples of this are (There are many others like this in the show, these are just some of the best): Sasuke vs. Orochimaru (Chunin Exams) Naruto vs. Sasuke at Final Valley (Naruto Part 1) Madara vs. Shinobi Alliance - The episode the 10 Tails is revived Kakashi vs. Obito Again, there are others like this, these are just the most note worthy excluding the movies.

Yes! Those few great moments of Sakuga are the reason I manage to stick with the Naruto anime. My personal favorite being the fight between Killer Bee and Sasuke (The man had Eight swords! EIGHT!). *Long rant incoming you have been warned* But it sucks how drastically bad the visuals are at the moment, especially since the series is entering its final stages, there are so many moments that feel like they needed a bit of Sakuga that instead were just complete money-saving garbage animation. such as Guy vs Madara and the initial attack sequence between Kaguya and the new six paths Naru-Sasu combi, these fights just lose their sense of speed, their sense of urgency and its just lame. Especially since what with his nine-tails-six-paths-whatcha-ma-call-it chakra, Naruto is s'posed to be as fast as shit but the scene literally has him jogging in, slow as shit, towards Kaguya before promptly being grabbed by her weird hair stuff and with Sasuke they just did that horrible phase into vertical lines ninja teleport thing that everyone has been doing since episode 1 because for some reason animating actual movement is too difficult. *exhale* But hey at least the openings are still cool.

Naruto is bad at animation. Except for the effects. You're just a fanboy. The best animation are from WIT Studio, Ufotable, A-1 Picture, Comixwaves Studio, Ghibli Studio, Madhouse. And the studio that made evangelion and 2 years ago made the fire emblem echoes cutscene movies.
@waski769
@waski769 4 жыл бұрын
Dzulfiqar Bagas Tito But you have to realize that Naruto more specifically Shippuden ran for over 500 episodes whilst the other studios you were naming worked more specifically on movies with longer production time, and Series that didn’t have anywhere near 500 let alone 20 episodes. No he’s not a “fanboy” it’s just an appreciation for the work of studio Pierre and the correlating animators that worked on Naruto.
@BanditLeader
@BanditLeader 4 жыл бұрын
@@DBT1007 naruto is bad animation? Its literally been said by ANIMATORS THEMSELVES that naruto has good animations most of the time. The naruto vs pain fight is good animation. The frames you see that are fucked up is because those were nitpicked. They were drawn that way to enhance and to smooth the animation

We tend tl get the question backwards, its not that why are you procastronating?, is that why do you do any hard things AT ALL. Its not that why people take drugs, is that why dindnt they take it evryday evry single time until they die. If youre in despair it just makes the situation worse so its a bad strategy. Takes responsibility cuz that will give you meaning in this suffering horor of life, take a heavy load and see if you,how miserable my life be at least i can move that boulder there to there. Its a heroic act, do it, cuz you dont have anything else better to do. Pursue meaning, not more suffering. Most people do their best, some do their worse but most do tbeir best. And what you at least can do is grateful that youre here not hungry evryday and always at each other's throat.

Good to see animators getting more exposure through here. I would've mentioned the use of frame modulation: where key animators or directors decide the amount of frames they use in their shot (provided their budget of course), and how most of them are free-lance, but otherwise awesome. My favourite has got to be Shinya Ohira.
