Doug I am looking at buying my first telephoto lens. I am looking at the Nikon 200-400mm f4 and the Nikon 500mm f4. Do you have any recommendation between the two. My thoughts are the zoom on the 200-400mm give me more options versus the 500mm prime.

Where did you buy your chair blind?

These turkeys are very like the Helmeted Guinea fowl we have here in South Africa. They're bigger with prettier tails but the guinea fowl spook easily too.

Were you ever in the Army? I get this...feeling about the way you're explaining things. Like there should be a sniper rifle somewhere in the equation.
