Am into it just 7 minutes and I already like it. Dependence on case laws can fail because there is almost always another case law at least one, with an opposing view.

Good one. But one should understand the practical difficulties in SC..seldom do the present day judges take efforts to understand the local laws and practices. Nor do they have an ear for less known lawyers or of high court views. 🤔
