Normally it wouldn’t matter if the ceo of a company only cares about money and sees his audience as dollar signs rather than people. The problem with Noah doing that is because he and his company have based their entire business model and marketing strategy off how genuine and passionate the higher ups of the company, as well as the regular workers, are when it comes to the craft of building PCs. For him to turn around and have this tantrum, plus all the awful, AWFUL apologies is quite possibly one of the dumbest things a CEO of any company has done in history

I feel like some people need to understand: Wubby is a very candid person. He says what he feels. That's honestly what makes his takes so great. He doesn't care about what is considered "right" by the masses. It's a gray world for a lot of things, not black and white. He fully understands that and will point out issues from both sides. He is not siding with the CEO or his actions by pointing out how the winner of the giveaway had some relatively stupid sections in their tweets. The CEO is wrong AND the tweets were poorly made. I felt the same way reading it. If I had no context about the situation and I read those tweets I would have assumed either they are trying to pretend to be a victim or that the CEO did something significantly worse to them. "Slander" and "defamation" were NOT the words to use here. "Sorry not everyone has money for a PC" doesn't even make sense in context of the situation either. Though as Wubby said, it was probably the result of a "heat of the moment" tweet. As for my personal take. I can see what the mindset of the CEO was (to an extent). To enter some sort of sponsor-type program there would be a minimum amount of time needed to be streamed. This would be the same way where to maintain eligibility for the ambassador banner you would have to stream a set minimum amount. Otherwise I would be able to put the banner up, stream once every 3 months for an hour, and then check in on the giveaways to see if I win. He said during that livestream that she streamed once every 2 weeks and extremely inconsistently. So for most sponsor/giveaway type situations she wouldn't qualify. That being said, this MUST be written somewhere in some form of requirements. I can't find anything about what these requirements are but from the drama I doubt it was written somewhere officially. Bringing up all the stats that were irrelevant was inconsiderate and unprofessional though. EDIT/UPDATE: I found a tweet from them on May 20, 2021 called AMBASSADORS WANTED! In it it explicitly states: "If you stream for at least 30 hours a month, we want you!" obviously this 30 hour monthly requirement needs to be in writing somewhere on the ambassador agreement (I'm assuming there is one). With what he was saying for her to stream once every 2 weeks it's about 2 streams a month. To meet this requirement she would have had to stream a 15 + 15 hour split per stream (or whatever other split) which I don't think she was doing. So that's what I'm confused about now. Why wouldn't he have just said: "To be an ambassador you must meet this minimum hour requirement as per the contract. We don't have the time to check if all current accounts are eligible due to how many there are, but you do not currently qualify as an ambassador. We are very sorry you had to find out this way. To prevent this from happening again, we will screen winners for qualification requirements before announcing them." Instead he goes through every single one of her stats and pumps his fist for the reroll. Theoretically had the escape route but he decided to be a mongoloid and throw.

A good friend of mine was essentially the public social media face of the company and the CEO / Owners and Board wound up screwing over every customer and every employee and he got death threats etc cause he was so prominent in the face of the company

I've dealt with AB and bought a very highend PC from them and I got exactly what I wanted and bugged the crap out of them on what exact parts I wanted. People are now saying their PC's they got from them are crap. What the hell? You literally can watch them build your computer on the stream, which does include the best packing I have ever seen and a break-in test output. I've been building my own computers since I could and just wanted one built by someone else. It is one of the best PC's I have ever owned, but of course all the parts were high end and very reliable.

I heard from another former "ambassador" that the employees (minus jerky boi) have all been employed by REAL employers and are happy in their new positions.

What I find really odd about this, besides the CEO creating his own rules at the last minute, is that the CEO tells his viewers to give smaller streamers attention so that they can then be eligible for the ambassador program. Then he proceeds to purge Kiapiaa from the program so that she can't even enter the competition again once she reaches the threshold requirements.
