I believe he was referring to Fenix, a player name, not the unit. You would need a lot of Phoenixes to lift a pylon.

It was from WOL against Fenix, Day9 was just poking fun at 2 separate events. There is a link to the artosis pylon game in the description. It couldn't have been from BW, because Artosis played Terran in BW. :)

IMfenix is from Peru, a good sc2 player, especially in beta/early sc2 where this happend.

Glad that Glintsgaming cleared that up for me, I've been advised that Artosis is "a douchebag" (though that is coming from IdrA so take it with a block of salt,) but that was just a confusing choice of words. Still he's pretty mealy-mouthed about it. Glad Day[9] gets his shots in... has a plush pylon named Artosis (because it's the only one he has! :-P)

I have to be honest. Artosis has been really hard on some players in the past for doing stupid mistakes, he was actually making fun of them. But he tries to clear all his relation to the "artosis pylon". We all make stupid mistakes. San had to destroy his pylon once because it was blocking his Nexus. I like your commentary and casting, but trying to avoid responsibility for a simple thing like that doesn't fit right with me.

Well, having your nick associated to the most common mistake of a newbie player of a race of ONE OF THE MOST KNOWN GAME AND E-SPORT IN THE WORLD gives you all the right to be defensive in my opinion. It's not like ANYTHING you say is gonna change the term, so the fact you have to live with it is already Dante's Inferno law applied to perfection.

+CrowMercury The thing is - the mistake doesn't define you. Actually being defensive about it puts more weight on it. Rule 1 of PR, if there's a bad story, embrace it, live with it and move on. But that's another side of it. To me, he's being a hypocrite. I've watched a bunch of streams when he insulted and made fun of players for doing simple mistakes. But he's being defensive about his own ones... So it's fine if he makes mistakes but if others do - they're bad players?
