Few points maybe you left our: 1. Police wanted to search the roof on first day but Mr. Talwar said there is nothing there and they should search for Hemraj. He even offered money saying if they find Hemraj he will pay money. 2. Police found bloody palm prints on the roof (clear evidence) but they mishandled that evidence and it was lost. 3. Both victims phone was lost at the time of murder, later I think one was found but everything was erased.

i belive the killer were parents because they were doctors they had knowledge that at first police needs to be called at the crime scene! they were well educated but they called neighbours and other people first so the finger prints would mixed up all over their house, they did it in accident but erase the proofs in a very cool mind

Little bit of crime details of this case match with one South Indian movie named Intelligent released in 2018. In that movie they showed that the parents killed the worker guy first by hitting his head with golf stick and as the daughter saw it and wanted to go to the police, in order to protect their image they killed their daughter too and blamed the worker by hiding his body. I suddenly got reminded of that movie listening to this case. Not all the movie was same as this case but little bit of crime detail was exact.
