Heya Gibi. I just wanted to thank you. I have severe astmah, anything can trigger it. Even stress. Every night, I get an attack and I have to use my medicine. But then I discovered asmr... Whenever I get an attack I put you, or another artist on, and relax. Without fail, my astmah subsides and I can breathe again. So thank you Gibi, from the bottom of my heart. You probably have something else if "anything" triggers it since can only be triggered by animals and bugs, smoke, or an illness. If you are having an asthma attack every night then you probably have one of those things around you when you go to sleep or you have something other than asthma. I hope you find out the reason behind the attacks and fix the issue.

There is something very genuine about you that makes me want to watch your videos beyond just the Tingles. I appreciate your transparency about the fact that you utilize therapy services because there is no doubt that you are getting the message out there that it is nothing to be stigmatized and shamed and God only knows how many lives might be improved and possibly saved when a beautiful successful young person has the courage to be honest as you have been.
