Jin asked Coldplay help with the song so they composed it and Jin wrote the lyrics in korean 🥺 Before the stage Chris presented the song, how it came to be and mentioned that working with BTS was one of the best things that happened to them as a band, it was really precious😭 he also said that Jin wanted The Astronaut to be a "goodbye for a little while" for armys as he will be the first one to go. (And yes that is the guitar in the mv!)

Girl could represent BTS memebers or army. Teaching the girl how to bike and letting her go is like saying... you will be ok when I'm gone. If you watch the behind the scenes of the MV and Hobi visited him, Jin said a meaning line to him.

I was there when he sang this and u had to be there, the energy on the stadium was unbelievable coldplay concert was amazing the best thing i've ever seen but when jin showed up the whole place lighted up there were so many of us armys cheering for him that day is something i wont ever forget :c

The little girl represents Army and the pickup truck represents the other members like the truck in hyyh storyline. It is very special because they are the only people that acknowledge Jin throughout the music video so he found his family.

From what I've heard about the music video. Jin is an alien and his friendship with the little girl is him learning how to be a human. When he goes back to the spaceship, he makes the decision to stay on earth because it's his new home and the little girl showed him what love is. So the spaceship leaves without him and he runs back home.

I love this MV so much as it captures everything what jin and what his daily life is about and shows us armys that whenever he leaves home it's the first thing he misses. Also Jinnies vocals are amazing on this song and you can feel every bit of emotion coming from him and this song brought tears to my eyes (it just the way he sings that does it) Let's stream this sing for him to show him how much we love him and will miss him. Also I love how the little girl represent us army and to Jin we are his family. Also I love how the little girl not only represented us armys but also his Hyungs aka the other members.

What you said almost at the end about Coldplay and bts being the most wholesome groups YES, armys that wasn’t fans of Coldplay (many of us were) also noticed that, the way they have similar vibes and have such love for music and share that with their fans, I love them so much and I’m so happy they got to meet, they have a really good friendship🥹

one of the most wholesome collabs in the history of music i think this is the style of song and music video that suits jin the best, lowkey indie rock kinda vibe, i love it also, in the mv, the shots where jin is riding the bike through that desert (like at 4:48 and 4:54 ) are some of the best i've seen from bts, those scenes are really really simple, but they have a lot of feeling and beauty in them

About Jin will be leaving in South Korea for Military next month in December once he turns 30 on Dec 4, Jin ask Chris Martin to help write Him a song call 'Astronaut to say good bye to his Army's for little awhile, this song was a love letter to us Army's recording to Jin and Chris, I think Jin supposedly be leaving the middle or the end of December next month, than Suga next in line to go after Jin, both are close the same age, however Jin is like 1 year older than Suga, But yea after Jin than Suga is next in line than rest of BTS members follow behind Suga I think to go to military, they all have been enlisted themselves to go, however I think Jungkook couldn't go until he turns age 29 or age 30 or fact he got tattoos on His arms that they might not allowed him being military for that not sure yea they strict, but each BTS members are doing a their Solo own project songs and solo albums right now, each 7 members, So far both JHOPE & Jin finish theirs Solo project songs already, now RM is next line, than V and Suga next in line or JK. We Army's are abit sad but we also are proud with our 7 Men who so tired waiting on Government to choose their fate for enlisted them for 6 months well BTS was too tired to wait for them so they all make choice to enlisted themselves instead by their own choice that way no Haters couldn't said nothing about them about why they not going to military forget the fact BTS help bringing $3.6 Billions dollars for Korea economy, Yes you heard me right so yea. Really Coldplay has the best concerts everything there is real really? So, you've never been to a BTS concert right 3 1/2 hours of concert! Proceeded with six to 8 hours of carnival before the concert an all-day long event! BTS had what people came to think was going to be their last concert in Las Vegas they actually turned the city purple. Which really is BTS's last concert their concert in Busan South Korea which was a free concert with 100,000 people present in the physical stadium! Not counting the other 100,000 people that were on a public beach which was shut down and set up with giant viewing screens. So that's a concert with 200,000 viewing it live in the town of Busan Korea 55.6 million people streaming it live on three different web platforms including HYBE labels own is it weavers I do believe it was weavers which crashed because of the amount of people streaming. In fact, the site crashed halfway through BTS's third song the beginning of the concert. They started the concert with Mike drop and then went right into the first ever and last ever live performance of RUN BTS that anyone will ever see for years! Going right into Run until the site crashed halfway through. Have you watched any of BTS's full performances at award shows which are ranging from 20 minutes to over 45 minutes long and an award show but of course this is in Asia. Because of the biggest group in Korea and the biggest group in Asia and the biggest group in the world! But in the United States even though they want artists of the year at the American Music Awards they only gave them the time to perform a 3 1/2-minute song. Why will probably because they're not white English-speaking people.

my comment deleted bc i posted a link, so here we go again hahahaha i luckily was there to see the performance! it was such an exciting moment bc it was the first time a bts member came to argentina and it all went so fast bc it was exactly a week before that performance that they had announced that seokjin was coming here, the concert was soldout and getting tickets was a surreal experience, but i got them! chris gave such an emotional speech before presenting jin talking about the military and how they came up to work with bts finding in them the best friends someone could possibly have. he also talked about prejudice and that he got to know 7 boys on the other side of the world that love music as much as he does. i still haven't recovered myself 100% after seeing seokjin live and i sadly got to say goodbye to him before he goes to the military:( i'm pretty sure most of the people who went to see coldplay that night left loving seokjin and finding love and comfort in him. we miss him a lot and we're hoping to see the whole bts in our country someday:) i posted a little bit of my experience on the show and some videos on my ig!
