This is a cover version of a Japanese popular song performed by a Japanese singer, Yukio Hashi - if you google this singer's name you can find original song clips.

This is indeed not from the Astronauts, this is from an all-girl surf band called "the Astronettes". Not much to be found on the internet about them, but you can find their record here on youtube.

I hope that in seven years you found out that the Astronnetes LP is a french rare compilation of surf instros from the Astronauts ^^

I say this is NOT the Astronauts. The drumming is wrong and the overall sound is VERY different from the well-known 3 guitar attack of the Astronauts. Weak bass, too.
