He is a gem, but he needs good CF in the box to attack those crosses. The right-hand side is sorted, him and James can swap at any time and terrorise the right-hand side at will.

It will be painful to see him on the bench if James is available. A system has to be created to accommodate the two when both are available. James could be moved to the mid field so we could do with the creativity of both players. This guy's creativity shouldnt be relegated to the bench.

Also RJ can play in midfield in certain games, he did so for Wigan and played well. Could be a masterstroke if used well, stiff competition is what he needs aswell.

Decent player but if you would pay attention most of his passes were wasted because the attackers weren't clinical. That's been the problem at Chelsea for the last 4/5 seasons. If he's brining this and we do not have anyone at the end of those passes, it will yield nothing
