I feel you buddy and I've been through exactly what you are now.I've lost all my friends through whatever situations and i even found my best mate dangling in self cancellation (YT language).all i can suggest is process it as quickly as you can and i don't mean forget about them but just get your head around it cos it's happened and nothing you can change about it now.and please don't bottle shit up as you'll be in the very same position.look at it like this well known saying,is it a temporary fix to a permanent problem or a permanent fix to a temporary problem?(I've probably butchered it a little but you get the meaning i hope.👍

I remember watching the water exercises it's a good thing to be in a pool it gives a different resistance. I am 62 and snorkel in mountain lakes the colder the better. I broke both my feet three times retired at age 16 but water is a great enemy😅

I'm glad he's got his weight more under control. Plus his mindset is much better. I couldn't help but get frustrated when he would fluctuate so much with his weight & his ego. I much prefer this balance to it. It will bring better things.

Took me about a year to get the flexibility back in my ankle I have basically the same surgery our leg scars look exactly the same kind of strange but to be honest it’s a more common sports injury then I’ll probably think it is
