The Bakers box in Hendersonville, NC has a huuumungous sandwich called the kessel run monster sandwich challenge. Oh it’s big and the bread is the hard part. Let’s do this!
I'm a mom who has worked in every aspect of the food industry shy of owning my own place and being a core manager. I love people and new things. I'm up for just about anything. I am a Woman/Mom vs Food but I will definitely run with the boys!
I've done speed contests, spicy contests, gross challenges, massive (nearly impossible) challenges and am not afraid to double or triple up if a restaurant lets me! Oh my huh ?!?!

That 6 pound sandwich looked so good, but no way I could eat all that in a whole day! The bread is amazing! Only Molly would wake up and eat a 6 pound sandwich and fries for breakfast! Keep rocking Molly! Thumbs up!

She doesn't go to Nathan's because she didn't sign a contract with the "league" that sponsors it. She might beat Joey, but she wouldn't wipe the floor with him unless she could eat 85 or 90 dogs in 10 minutes. Joey did 75. She did destroy Joel Hansen in a dog eating contest in California.

Next time you're in the South New Jersey area, see if you can stop by Mrs. Brizzle's in Sea Isle City and maybe they'll create a challenge for you. Their subs are huge and they use first-rate ingredients and bread. More than 2 regular people can eat in one sitting, so you should be able to polish off a couple of them in maybe 8 minutes!
