There were screw ups this year from all bands. that's a given. However i will say.New Orleans did good on the field, but this was their worse stands battle i've seen from them. The more i studied clips and compared over the yrs, the more i come to the conclusion. NOASB needs DISCIPLINE, and Balance. . I've seen them disciplined many times before. In fact for they were more disciplined, balanced, and sounded better harmonized as a band for the MMB battle than for the Gamb Battle.. For the Gamb Battle Noasb seem to be focused Purely on blasting, playing loud and 1 section trying to out blow other sections, opposed to the sections working together to beat the other band. Again. they sound really good and more harmonized for the MMB battle.. I was expecting to hear more of that. That lack of discipline, harmonizing and balance, Over ignorance, blasting imo leave's a very bad taste in ppl's mouth. some songs may call for it, but not every song. It just make a band seem and sound very immature band that can't progress. Which i know is not the case because i've seen it many times from them.
