Элементы соула, фанки и лёгкий коммерческий шлейф. Распевки, отличные гитарные соло. Lasse Helner (guitar, vocals), Ole Fick (vocals), Frank Lauridsen (keyboards, vocals), Jens Ellbol (bass), Carsten Smedegaard (drums, percussion).

They were amazing. They made a second album as Dårskabens hus orkester. A bit different sounding, but it grooves hard!! Check out my video about them :)

I share your comment about their funkyness which gives them an essential extra quality distinctive of many bands that, well, just play correct rock. Add to that just the right amount of swagger, heavy singer, straightforward compositions, energic drumming, rolling bass, good not too common leads, and it s a perfect blend. I m gonna buy it if doesn't sell too high.

The only album by the Danish band The Baronets. A melodic and quite tough band with a pleasant sound. Elements of soul, funk and a touch of commercial music. Great guitar solos. Good band.

The usband of Celine Dion was in a band called Les Baronnets (Canada), but it was pretty shitty compare to the danish.
