I've watched videos on painting and dry brushing. I had always wanted to do this sort of thing with my own projects. This was so much more fun and useful to watch. Especially beacause it was on an actual model.

I'm interested in trying my hand at painting, but I have a few questions. I'm looking to repaint my extreme chomping t-rex and have it resemble the classic kenner red rex. I want to try drybrushing it, like you showed in this video. What sort of primer color should I use? White primer, or is there a red primer that would make things easier? Whats the best method for applying a primer color? How long should i wait for the paint to dry before adding another coat? Do I start with dark colors and move to lighter ones, even with a lighter colored primer? Basically, whats the best and simplest way to go about this?
