Tougher conditions came on day 2 but a slow and subtle presentation got some better fish for me on day 2. Ended up with a much better day and jumped several spots in the standings to score a decent finish.

Yes and no. Looks like it's been having a tough year but it's hard to beat a true delta giant on the end of the line. I've been having Clear Lake and Trinity withdrawals the most. 🥲

What size of weight and hooks do you like to use on your darterheads and the type of worm?

I usually go with a Bass Union 3/16 oz weedless ewg darterhead and pair it with a 6-7" roboworm or an Iovino 6" paddletail worm.

Do you prefer the 1/0 or 2/0 hooks?

@bryanmiears6768 I don't have a preference either way since I'm only using a 6" worm for it. If I were sizing up for a bigger Texas rig then the hook size plays a role.
