The soundtrack really fits the dark and noir vibe. I grew up with the 2004 show and personally love it to this day and is my fav Batman show. When I first saw the teasers and trailer for the Matt Reeves movie, the 2004 show instantly came to mind as it gave me similar vibes to the movie specifically the first 2 seasons of the series. The mysterious, darker, detective and ominous tones.

This trailer makes me wish that we had a Batman series. I love a well executed movie like we got and am beyond ecstatic for the sequel but can you imagine if we got a show like this? The grittiest cop show only on HBO! Omg it’d be so hood
