I'll attest to Chief Enterline. I personally experienced exactly what he stated on a working fire in Paxtang. I was on a 3rd due Engine Co, stretching a line to the rear. Chief was around back marking wires down. When he seen me coming, he came over, alerted me to the wires and said, I'll help you with this line. Which he did.

i remember an attic fire we had in the village i work in one time. So i’m up in the attic, and we ran out of water. Mutual aid engine couldn’t catch the plug because of the weird connections we have.

So help me understand the staffing setup there. There’s a Driver/operator on wagon 4 and gets a water source established. Then the guys off the tower can pull double duty as truck crew and or engine crew? Is that a typical staffing setup for them?

wow, i always thought the burg was a professional dept. these guys look like a bunch of rookies. fire ground control and lack of coordinated attack makes me think WTF? to arrive on scene undressed, unpacked, = unprepaired. you would think you have a camera crew following you, you would wanna have it together a little bit. many many issue's here. more than i'll mention.
