9:35pm - After Meathead, our favorite contributing editor to Southern Living magazine, Robert Moss, joins me to talk about the 10 finalists for the 2024 BBQ HOF. We will also dive deep into the history of rubs and seasonings in Southern Style BBQ. Robert has been giving great interviews and information on the show this whole year and this segment will be no different.
10:14pm - Leading off the 2nd hour is, to me, one of the most important people in the history of modern BBQ, especially when it comes to bullet style smokers. Jim Minion, creator of the Minion Method, joins me to talk about his history in live-fire and how his method of firing up a Weber Smokey Mountain revolutionized how current and future generations of pitmasters would fire up their cookers. Join me for what will surely be an incredible segment.
