Sunny has changed my life. I’ve read so many books and tried so many things but it wasn’t until I started practicing Sunny’s teachings that everything started to make sense. Doing the work is key.

I'm glad you brought up Ram Dass' experience. He addresses psychedelics and spirituality well and thoroughly. I've also heard an analogy yo skiing. If you ski the same trail the ruts get deep and you can't get out of them. Sometimes psychedelics can get you out of the rut long enough to blaze a new trail. But there are many less intense ways to do that too. Like meditation.

The Bearded Mystic have studied and practiced Ramana's teachings. But I've heard this term "Neo-Advaita," but I don't understand what distinguishes Ramana as Neo-Advaita. Can you explain?

Ramana ji is definitely not neo-advaita. Neo-advaita doesn't believe in any foundation of wisdom - literslly will claim there is no awareness, no scripture, no teaching, no teacher etc. Ramana Maharshi ji understood that everyone is different and dealt with devotees or visitors accordingly. With some he gave practices and with some he gave self-enquiry. Hope that helps my friend!
