the little boy reminds me of watching sungha when he was tiny too

Does anyone else find it adorable how Sungha looks over to the little kid and smiles to encourage him from time to time?

been watching sungha jung since he was like 9... when i first started watching, he was the little kid playing on stage with the big boys and now the student has become the master. SHJ is now the one ushering in the next generation of talented musicians

It is perfect in so many ways.

WOw!, I've followed the Beatles almost exclusively for over 50 years and met them personally. I have worked with many tribute bands and little impresses me with reworks of their songs. But this one really - really touched me. Not just the skill of the guitarist or the unique arrangement - or the pleasure of seeing that young man on the Uke play so skillfully - but the entire presentation impressed a feeling of true warmth. Seldom do I get stirred by L&M tunes after all this time - but this really was unique and I am certain that John who was the major influence in this song - would have absolutely loved this arrangement. Hat's off to this young pair of musicians.

Years ago, I used to watch videos of him as a small boy playing alongside older and more experienced guitarists. Watching this is like seeing him come full circle. Beautiful.

This feels so nostalgic... I haven't commented on one of these videos in a long time, but seeing him play next to that young kid makes this video feel very special.

I used this as the song I walked down the aisle to at my wedding. It was the perfect song, not a dry eye in the house. Thanks for making such beautiful music

The feeling from watching you both play together was really special. And when I closed my eyes just to listen, I could not tell that there was a younger player there. The music felt very balanced and skilled, and most of all, very beautiful. Great to see a young musician getting so much support from another with experience.

This version feels so warm and cozy, not because of only the melody but I love the way Sungha smiling to the kid when he's playing guitar. It makes me feel like he became a real teacher.

This is one of my favorite Beatles songs and to hear it done like this is like waking up in the morning, looking out my window and seeing blue skies, birds chirping and flowers blooming. It is so refreshing.

I truly did not expect this sound when I clicked on the video - I'm so pleasantly surprised. Don't get me wrong, the original rendition of The Beatles' 'In My Life' is one of my all time favorites, but the mellow and wistful hue this arrangement took on gave it such a heartfelt feel. Amazing sound. :) Of course, props go to the great Kotaro Oshio and Jake Shimabukuro themselves.
