The Beatles stayed here on August 21, 1964. They were just starting out on their first coast to coast tour of the US & Canada....(August 19-September 20, 1964). After The Beatles concert...Paul & Ringo had a chance to go up in the Space Needle. It was after hours...early in the morning...they talked to security...and before they left for Vancouver...they had a chance to see Seattle from the top.

The hotel seems to be interesting. Reminds me of the one in Galveston that was on a Pier in Galveston Bay. However that one was hit by one of the hurricanes and now sits idle, condemned. But you could fish out the windows at that hotel as well.
