This song was always on the jukebox or I would put it on when I was 18/19 and used to go to the pub every weekend. Aww to be young. Where the hell do the years go. The older you get the faster each year seems to go. We are already nearly in the 4th mth of the year. Anyway brilliant song and great message. Love the Beautiful South, still own a good few of their albums...

Same here i love them. Seen him live 4 times. Twice with Jacqui and once with Alison Wheeler but I think Jacqui has a much better voice .

One of the songs that got stuck in my head back in the army, a long time ago, when we were listening to some pop channel with the military issued FM radio, somewhere out there, under the stars of an unspoiled night sky. There were no overweight soldiers, but the melody is catchy.

Love this song and the message! We all love our love differently. I've always thought that it's usually people's little imperfections that make them uniquely beautiful. My partner has heterochromia and it's one of my favourite things about him (one is deep blue and the other deep brown)
