Alhamdulillah, this video shows our activity of sacrificing sheep on the Eid al-Adha 1445 H.
The day before the holiday, Akhdan's mother-in-law or grandmother helps make chicken opor and ketupat for the holiday meal to be eaten with family and relatives.
Coincidentally, Umi Akhdan was not well at that time, but alhamdulillah, at the time of the slaughter of the sacrificial animal, Umi Akhdan was already healthy.
Chicken opor recipe:
. 2-3 kg chicken meat
. 100 gs shallots
. 50 g garlic
. 2 segments of ginger
. 2 turmeric segments
. Red chili to taste
. 6 candlenuts
. According to taste palm sugar, salt, mushroom stock
. Tomato
. Greetings lemongrass
. Coconut cream
Satay marinade recipe:
. Garlic to taste
. Salt
. Soy sauce
. Margarine
