US was enemies with Japan and Germany during the world wars. Now they are allies and they have one of the highest GDP. South Korea is prospering more than the North as well. What country is suffering from allying with US? US is involved internationally because all the countries want its money, resources, and new technology so they relations around the world. Of course US will help its allies and not those who want to harm it. Russia, China, and Iran do the same thing but the other side doesn't complain about them because they are on the opposing side.

Please, don't manipulate the truth and watch the video. The construction of the Khaf-Herat railway line, which links Khaf in eastern Iran with Herat in western Afghanistan, began back in 2007. That year, the US were present in Afghanistan.

The better option for those nations locked away from the seas, it is certainly more efficient than the costly road transport over distances above 100 km for goods in bulk. The whole Eurasian landmass will be the center of the 21st Century and countries opted out of this rail connectivity will be left out of this development process!
