I'm a medical student. And our skin is really thick it would hardly be able to reach the bloodstream. But if it does concern you, honestly it won't cause any problem, because its already present in our body to some extent. But still, use it in moderation. Use a pea size amount and don't use more frequently. Just 2-3x a week. And see how your skin reacts . @@ankitameena7566 I have been using niacinamide for half month then I added concious retinol.. Even previously I have used serums but I dint get any results... But ordinary niacinamide + conscious retinol has shown great results within a month.. my pores shrinked... change in my skin tone .. and also my Whiteheads and excessive oily face has completely gone I was very frustrated by it .... To be honest just give a try it's very affordable ..low concentration with peptides..great formulation 👍

Instead of these products try to consume it in the form of food.. eat citrus fruits like kiwi, orange, pomegranate and tomatoes, nuts like walnuts ( have omega 3 fatty acids) few seeds like chai, pumpkin, avoid junk food, no alcohol. Do this for a month and see the magic.

It is unlikely that tret would make skin dark unless you are getting a chemical burn due to sun exposure. Please ensure your sunscreen descipline is on point. Also take a break for 2 weeks to see if skin feel different
