Murphy books are taken from swan books but Murphy books are more simplified and they are the first step to learn grammar . For more advanced grammar notes , you can study swan book practical English usage .

The grammar is an important part of preparing for IELTS, but I’d also recommend some IELTS skills preparation. There are lots of free resources on my site if you check it out
