A perfect tactic by Ruben Amorim | Creating the or a perfect tactic in #FM23 can be challenging, but in this Football Manager 2023 video, I breakdown Ruben Amorim's tactics at Sporting CP & how I perfected the 3-4-3 FM23 tactic you can PLUG N PLAY! This tactic was tested with both Sporting CP and Braga (Portugal).

Usually sporting attacks with 6, sometimes when Pedro goncalves plays in midfield or morita will go forward and sometimes st juste or matheus reis will also attack overlapping or in the center. But overall very good scout

This tactic is brilliant. Using it in my current Arsenal save , 8 straight wins and only one conceded. It’s not too aggressive with the press and it won’t score you a ridiculous amount of goals buts it’s so effective.

INCREDIBLE TACTIC.. With just some minor tweaks I've implemented this at Wolves and have won 7 of my first 8 PL Games (Including a 1-0 win at the Emirates and 4-2 win at Anfield). The other being a 0-0 against City. With a back 3 of Collins-Inacio-Kilman and a Neves-Nunes pivot. The technical quality of those players means my team is playing through great pressing teams. Nice one! Working well with Mallorca, very solid defensively and some beautiful fluid football. Muriqi is a beast as a pressing forward! However, difficult to create chances. What suggestions to make it more attacking?

Increasing the width, changing the mentality adding more offensive roles, like PF on attack, the striker will play more like an AF in attack than a DLF. Finally selecting be more expressive if you have still have creative players like Lee Kang-In could also help

fyi, Hs at the start of words in Portuguese are silent, so that would be Ricardo "Awrtuh", more or less, with a lightly rolled R :) thanks for the great video, gonna try this tactic with a new save starting in the portuguese 2nd or 3rd tiers

@@MxRModsLP Sporting is in the Portuguese league so they can’t splash money as much as others. But yeah, they beat Arsenal so they are quite strong… I still hope Amorim has a chance to prove himself in a bigger league like EPL, he is talented

You have to divide the tactics that just break the game to the ones that apply real football in the game, they are very different

This doesn’t work in the prem or even work at all I’m on Xbox which I know limits what I can do on the game but in a test save i got relegated in the first season and won 6 games all season
