이 공정은 이해 못함. 구리가 온도에 따른 강성등의 변성이 있는 물질도 아니고, 그냥 빠르게 녹여서 부을수도 있는데, 너무 격식을 따지는 듯 하네요. 1500도에서 녹인 구리선이나 1000도에서 녹인 구리선이나 구리 그룻은 마찬가지 품질이죠. 슬러지 함량을 따져서 그렇다고 말하기에도 어짜피 슬러지도 구리라 재 회수 가능하고. 가스도 있고 석탄도 있는데, 굳이 저렇게 까지 정성들일 일인가 싶기도 하네요.

どうせ旋盤で削ってしまうような型も丁寧に作ってるのは、仏達や先祖の霊に感謝をし健康や安全を祈る際に鳴らす宗教の道具を作るので、単なる工業製品ではないからでしょう。日本人はストーリー重視といいますし、その製法があるから仏具は高いのだと思います。仮にオートメーションで作られたとしたら、それはそれなりの扱いを受ける事になるでしょう。

I’m amazed by the talent of these creators. I’m just a bit curious as to why a paper cup was used by the one artist? I’ve been an artist for over 50 years and I just didn’t find it aesthetically appealing.

This is not a mass-produced paper cup, but a specialized paper cup. By combining paper and lacquer, it is possible to create a cup that is lighter and more durable than plastic ones.
