THIS IS THE COLDEST 8 YEAR OLD IN THE COUNTRY!! Meet Lil Josh! This kid knows the grind it takes to be great and he is dedicated to making it big. He's in 1st grade but already playing up with 5th and 6th graders and giving them BUCKETS!! He's only 8 but already a brand ambassador for Ethika and has been in the lab with Ryan Razooky perfecting his craft. He's the hardest working 8 year old I've ever seen, and he's been traveling the country to get his work in. He's already giving everyone the business so we know Lil Josh is destined for GREATNESS!!

Keep it up Josh! You gone go real far if you just stay humble and keep on working ... stay focused and always have goals, you a hooper fr! Remember your dreams and always remember ur motivation. When u wake up every morning you should already have ur own energy and motivation waking you up ready to work. I like to see a young kid who's pushing himself, not getting forced by his dad or other influences. That's something a lot of kids lack these days is their own sheer passion. A true love for the game
