Continuing our journey in España with a more niche dish, we had been very excited to try espinacas con garbanzos! The lesser know, but incredibly popular tapas dish centred around spinach and chickpeas! A great choice of side dish for many a vegan and meat-eater alike this recipe dates back centuries and can be found everywhere across the city.
