First, thanks for making this guide. I do want to point out, one thing I truly dislike about Prime Day/Black Friday is that they mark items at a huge discount, even though it's just the normal price. The Bowflex adjustable kettlebell, for example, is on sale for $124.95 (marked down from $199). I wanted to see how much I didn't save by not buying it on Prime Day back in February, and it turns out I paid $124.72 for mine. Everyone feels like they're saving so much, but a lot of it is fake markdowns.

just got the reality x-class commercial for $249 today on prime and bought the lap pull down for $133 separately all under $400 for both the rack and pull downs it's a hack, you have to look for . The power cage is all outa stock now😂😂, but the pull down is still at $133

Def don’t recommend the Urevo treadmill. Was great for about 2-3 days then the motor started making way more noise and lost some power. Now it just sits in my garage taking up space. Also the motor gets hot af so be careful if you touch the screen after an extended use.

If it started doing that right out of the box, should have a MFG warranty. Return it and get a new one. Could just be a defective motor for that serial #

used mine less than 10 times the motor would fill my room with a horrible hot plastic smell and the belts slipped constantly wouldn't track straight eventually I tightened the belt so much that the roller bearing was bent unless your like a child or under 130lbs this treadmill is junk

If this wasn't the top comment I wouldn't take the time to comment but I've had their walking treadmill for 7 months now and it's been legit no problems. I have the grey and yellow one. It's definitely possible its a hit or miss though

Did some comparison shopping around and apparently Walmart has a deal on the Bowflex kettlebell for $125 with free shipping if you have Walmart+. Could be an option for folks looking for extra savings

That first rack is THE budget king of racks. I got it years ago and it delivers so much for that price point. It's not fancy and I wouldn't push it past 450 pounds but after 6 years of constant use it is still like new condition.

Mikola power rack 11 gauge steel 3x3 inch uprights Laser cut numbers on uprights marking every other number, 1 inch holes with hole spacing every 2 inches, 4 posts, 1 set of J hooks, safety straps, 2 weight horns for storage, 4 band pegs Ad says made from American Steel Price = $699 Signature Fitness has the same racks for $499 and $699 difference in price depending on accessories purchased REP has the same rack for $1,200-$1,500 and Rogue, forget about it $1,600-$2,200. Companies are now selling the big boy 11 gauge steel, 3x3 inch uprights racks for much cheaper than REP and Rogue ever thought about it. I love REP but saving $500-$800 means something to most people. These racks are not advertised or reviewed by any reviewers and I know the game so I know why, but in a perfect world shouldn't the customer be made aware of items that would save him/her hundreds if not thousands of dollars. It's not Coop's fault or any other reviewer's fault, it is just how the game is played.

Bro!! Supplement reviews would be amazing! What if you did a crowd sourced supplement lab testing (bc it's expensive, let's be honest).. maybe GGR can do matching donations, idk. But also maybe a Patreon membership lets you vote on which supplement gets tested and money from membership helps pay for the testing. I think it's been tried before but not with a community this big. I think it could actually work and hold these supplements manufacturers accountable for the hard money we're spending! Love it

Sam, I don’t know if that mic is really doing much. It’s a dynamic mic, so it really shouldn’t be pick up much other than Coop. Especially with how much he projects, you shouldn’t need to turn up the gain very far. I’m hearing a lot of room echo though. What model mic is it, and what are you using to record your audio?

I’d be careful about doing anything with supplements. Taste and consistency is ok, but forget the lab testing idea. That’s a slippery slope and fraught with bogus ‘research’.

urevo treadmills are no good coop i bought their most expensive one at the begging of the year i used it like 7 times every time i used it i had to tighten the belt only ran on it once the times i did use it was Mostly long distance brisk walking every time i used it about 30 minutes in the motor and belt would fill my room with a burning rubber smell as i mentioned earlier the belt would alway slip it never tracked straight by the last time i used it i had tightened the belt so tight that the roller bearing was bent these things are junk i got my refund but i was stuck throwing it away
