there are different tempest for different heroes. not as straight forward sadly.

@@wackoRashGaming yes that's I mentioned only those three heroes. For example storm edge 4 or Fortress Stance 4 is good for Evelyn. But I dont know which one is good for mia, which one for donald and which one for Robbie. I want to buy it in the TA auction so if you have recommendation I would appreciate it :)

Dylan is not good in PvP, only good for short battle conditions like trap, behemoth rally and POW (all PVE elements)
