Here’s my take on two of my mains: My favorite thing about Greninja is how true to it’s design it is, it’s really fast, has insane combos and some cool mixups with tech situations and a reasonably solid recovery. My least favorite thing about it is when it’s in disadvantage as it’s what stops it from being a top tier. Poor out of shield options and being a fast falling lightweight make it so it can’t always punish effectively and making it rather easy to combo and kill. Definitely true to its design though. My favorite thing about Mii Swordfighter is just how differently he plays from most other Swordfighters. You can choose to either play with many projectiles or be a rush down character with Blurring Blade (and the move is underrated it’s way too strong especially when fully charged). Also decently strong as well so there is potential for it to be solid. My least favorite thing though is that you often never see him as a rush down character because players always use the same move set of Gale Strike, Chakram and Hero’s Spin. Honorable mentions to him having the worst disjointed hit boxes in the game, no wall jump, surprisingly weak mobility and how far down he’s dropped in tier lists. Although the redeeming qualities for these issues is that feeling of satisfaction when you outsmart a better Swordfighter, having effective recovery options, some burst options in his arsenal and the even better satisfaction of winning with a possibly low tier character that I think is underrated and underused.

Hey Hop, regarding your "Why is Simon a thing when Richter exists?" question, it's mostly to do with Popularity for both of them. Simon simply is the Face of Castlevania as a Franchise, what with being the Main Character of the first in the Series and all that. Anyone who knows the Series atleast moderately well will know who he is, so he's just the first Character you would think of as being the one added. Similarly, Richter is one of the, if not THE most popular Belmont, period, atleast in Japan. He has several appearances throughout the Franchise (including being an "Optional Super Difficult Extra Boss" once), Symphony of the Night, the Sequel to his own game is one of the most iconic in the series, and even in-universe, he's basically the second-best Belmont ever. That's why they put him in, Richter is for Castlevania what Cloud is for Final Fantasy, basically.

My favourite two things about my main (Sonic) - his character feels REALLY smooth, I’ve noticed that he never actually slams into anything, run into a wall and he flips off it, recovery fall he lands and gets up perfectly. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. - his aerial attacks can be so good when you land them, they can hit you off the stage and into the blast zone, I beat my sister at her own game like that. Negatives: - his down neutral air is really hard to control for me and I often find myself looking stocks because of it. - Sonic can be really difficult in some maps, especially if the floor leads into the blast zone.

Something most people forgot about byleth's down b is that you can drop through platforms while charging. It's always funny taking a stock because your opponent thought you where stuck on the platform for the rest of your move.

Nice video. Correction about Toon Link. There's many reasons to use Toon Link over Young Link. Longer bomb fuse allows for more complex and planned out setups. Grounded up special can kill and put opponents into disadvantage in a great way, and back throw makes an excellent KO option.

My favorite/least favorite things about Min Min, Steve, and Sephiroth: Min Min: I really love her Megawatt, honestly. It's a very powerful option, and it's such a satisfying move when it does connect. But I don't like how everyone equates her with smash attack spam (even though really, doing that anywhere above beginner level can and will get you knocked around like a basketball) Steve: I may be a little biased here (my main), but Steve is honestly a blast to play for me, and I especially love the mixup options he has with the anvil, minecart, and block placement. But the fact that he doesn't have a ton of variety in his combo game can make him kind of annoying to play against (especially with up tilt spam, carrying people across the stage with jab/side tilt), and the minecart being such a strong option to get people off of him often leads to him spamming it. Sephiroth: Sephiroth just overall feels like a complete powerhouse (and he absolutely is). Breaking shields like paper mache, Gigaflare, Octaslash, it all makes me feel so cool. However, Scintilla is a very, VERY annoying move to deal with, especially since it can hit you even if you don't do anything, and Shadow Flare spam is something a lot of Sephiroths tend to do, at least the ones I've dealt with.
